Roasted Yellow Peppers

Hot on the heels of my setting off the fire alarm (and not being able to get it to end) came this jar of yellow peppers with garlic. I’ve been keeping them in the fridge and the olive oil congealed.

I plan on putting them on a pizza in the coming days.
